A Little About Me
I grew up in Delhi, India, where I first learned how to cook from my mother and discovered my love for food. In a previous life I worked as a UI engineer, but my true passion was found in the kitchen.
I started baking back in college. My very first recipe was a dark chocolate layer cake that looked nothing like the pictures but tasted incredible. From that moment I never stopped. I began with simple recipes like chocolate chip cookies and fudgy brownies, and over time I started creating recipes of my own. Through lots of trial and error I learned to cook, bake, and develop recipes that truly work.
From debugging lines of code to whisking up batches of sweet treats, I found my calling in baking. What started as a hobby has become my favorite way to express creativity and share joy with others.
My mission is simple: I want to create delicious and approachable baking recipes that inspire everyone, from seasoned bakers to total beginners, to experience the joy of baking. Through my blog I put my heart and soul into every recipe, making them reliable, easy to follow, and always delicious.
